Treatment in the least restrictive environment that meets the needs

Natural supports are developed and sustained

Family and friends are involved as allowed by the person served

The community must be educated regarding mental health and substance use issues as well as trauma informed care and over all wellness

Safe, affordable housing is essential to successful recovery

Employment is vital for the successful recovery of many people

All staff work together to support those served in achieving their goals

All staff treat co-workers with dignity and respect

Staff work toward problem-solving, not finger-pointing

“Outlier” opinion is valued and explored
